OUR NAME
We chose the name "Cacio" for our Italian bistro to honor the rich culinary heritage of our home, Rome, where the word means "cheese" in our dialect. This name reflects our commitment to serving authentic Italian flavors, particularly the iconic dish Cacio e Pepe, a simple yet exquisite combination of pasta, pecorino romano, and black pepper.
